Do I need a credit card to start?: No. The Free plan is free forever, and paid-plan trials start without a card. Billing activates only when you choose to subscribe.
Where does the registration data come from?: Directly from registry RDAP services — the authoritative successor to WHOIS. We fetch registrar, creation/expiry dates, nameservers and EPP statuses, and refresh them automatically.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?: Yes. Upload a CSV and map its columns to fields like purchase price, renewal cost and BIN price. Invalid rows are reported individually and never break the import.
What happens if I go over my domain limit?: Nothing is deleted. You keep full access to existing data and simply upgrade when you want to add more domains.
Can I export my data?: Always. Full CSV export is available on every plan — your portfolio data is yours.
