Terms of Service

1. The service
DomainInventory provides tools for organizing and monitoring domain name portfolios, including data retrieved from public registry RDAP services. We do not register, renew, transfer or broker domains, and we are not a registrar or registry.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering this agreement.
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you import. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it solely to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.
4. Registry data
Registration data is retrieved from third-party RDAP services and provided “as is”. Registries may rate-limit, change or omit data; always verify critical dates with your registrar before making renewal decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, attempt to access other customers’ data, resell RDAP lookups, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that threaten service integrity.
6. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Downgrades never delete your data. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for missed renewals, lost domains or lost profits.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
