What we collect
Account data (name, email), the portfolio data you import (domain names, financial figures, notes, tags), and operational logs needed to run the service securely (audit events, IP addresses on security-relevant actions).
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: authenticating you, storing your portfolio, fetching public registration data for your domains, sending the alert emails you configure, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (PostgreSQL hosting and application hosting) in the United States, protected by encryption in transit, row-level database security and strict per-workspace isolation.
Third parties
Domain names you add are sent to public registry RDAP services to retrieve registration data — this is inherent to the product. Transactional emails are delivered through our email provider. Payment details, when billing launches, are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your rights
You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account and workspace, which permanently removes your portfolio data. Contact us from your account email to exercise these rights.
Retention
Portfolio data is retained while your account is active. Audit logs and backups are retained for a limited period for security and recovery, then deleted.
